Brendalí Sierra Ramos started her primary and secondary studies at the Academia San José in Guaynabo, PR. Then she transferred to the State of Massachusetts where she graduated with a Business Major and a minor in Finance, from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. From an early age she loved the professional labor done by her dad as a Real Estate Appraiser. This got her motivated and served as base to go into the financial and appraisal business.

After returning to P.R. she started working on Real Estate Appraisal therefore preparing herself to take the Professional Real Estate Evaluation test. In 1997 she started her on firm of Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants, Brendalí Sierra & Asociados with a team of four consultants that cover the whole island, including Vieques, Culebra and the Virgin Islands. With her experience and academic achievements she became the first and only woman to obtain the designation of SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser). She was appointed by the Appraisal Institute. the entity of most prestige and recognized world wide in the appraisal business. She became the first woman appraiser to be president of the Puertorican and Caribbean Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2004.

Brendalí Sierra Ramos has a general certification, Florida and Puerto Rico evaluation licenses and is accepted by insurance and regulation entities(HUD/MAGIC). She is certified as an instructor by the Appraisal Institute(Basic Courses and Procedures). She offers seminars and speeches to many non-profit organizations of which she is a member.

Sierra is also a member of many professional institutions to mention a few; Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Chapter of the Appraisal Institute , the Evaluators Institute, Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, San Juan Board of Realtors, Mortgage Loan Association, Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Hispanic Real Estate Appraisers.

Brendalí Sierra continues her professional development and has traveled most of the United States and Canada, taking on specialized courses that have made her to be credited as a certified instructor for courses like: Basic Principles, Basic Procedures and Residential Highest and Best Use. Sierra has also participated in different national conclaves such as conventions, seminars and forums. In addition she belongs to the National Education Committee of the Appraisal Institute. For her great professional accomplishments, she was recognized with the Youth Excellence Award in 2003 and the PR Association of Realtors Appraiser of the Year in 2004.
